2003 Best Practices in Environmental Stewardship Competition Entries

The AASHTO Center for Environmental Excellence conducted a Best Practices in Stewardship competition in 2003 and received 75 entries from 32 states, plus the District of Columbia. Entries were received in three categories demonstrating three levels of stewardship: project, program, and institutional. The overall winners for each category were the following:
