CLUE is a storehouse for tracking and sharing case law updates on the environment. The Center for Environmental Excellence by AASHTO maintains CLUE and keeps all content relevant. CLUE provides a timely, organized, and comprehensive list of case law summaries for policy makers and practitioners. The database primarily includes recent court decisions involving challenges to environmental reviews and permits for highway and transit projects. The Center will continue to expand the database over time to include additional court decisions, so please check back often.
