Recommendations on rehabilitation to the Stillwater Historic Lift Bridge’s fasteners and historic concrete. The concrete is part of a historic concourse associated with the bridge, as well as spans 1 and 2. This section also addresses the replacement and use of rivets in key visible locations instead of bolts.
