1.0 Overview
This initial step is the first in a process of evaluating
ecological and transportation considerations to determine
if wildlife mitigation may be needed. Explanations
and related website links are provided for users unfamiliar
with the transportation planning process. If further
action is required after this step, further steps are
outlined with methodology to identify goals and objectives
of the mitigation.
