ReConnect Rondo will host the 2nd Annual Reconnecting Communities Summit in St. Paul Minnesota. This is where community members, practitioners, and policy leaders from across the country will gather, share, learn, and create a community of practice to overcome the negative effects of the Federal Highway Act of 1956.
