The TIP and STIP are key programming documents that cover near-term investments and identify specific projects and programs for funding. In addition, State DOTs and MPOs play a role in project selection for programs that they administer, and these agencies may incorporate GHG considerations into project selection for these programs. This webinar will cover information on assessing how TIPs/STIPs can impact GHG emissions and how to incorporate GHG emissions-related criteria into project selection.
