Agreement Overview:
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide a mechanism for ADOT to directly reimburse the Community for services provided by Community employees to support the environmental review, clearance, and compliance process. Anticipated services include, but are not limited to cultural resource site file checks, survey, monitoring, and data recovery; ethnographic research; and biological surveys. This Agreement will also identify and define the Project responsibilities of each Party.

This Agreement shall become effective upon signature by the Parties for a period not to exceed ten (10) years; provided, however that this Agreement may be cancelled at any time upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party.
