Associated General Contractors of America (AGC)

AMPO – Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations
AMPO is the transportation advocate for metropolitan regions and is committed to enhancing MPOs’ abilities to improve metropolitan transportation systems.
NARC – National Association of Regional Councils
NARC is a nonprofit membership organization serving the interests of regional councils and metropolitan planning organizations nationwide.

Defenders of Wildlife (Defenders)
Defenders is dedicated to the protection of all native wild animals and plants in their natural communities. The group focuses on programs the accelerating rate of extinction of species and the associated loss of biological diversity, and habitat alteration and destruction.
National Trust for Historic Preservation (NTHP)
NTHP is a private, nonprofit membership organization dedicated to saving historic places and revitalizing America’s communities.
Surface Transportation Policy Project (STPP)
STPP is a non-profit, diverse, nationwide coalition working to ensure safer communities and smarter transportation choices that enhance the economy, improve public health, promote social equity, and protect the environment.

Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (AFWA)
The Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies represents North America’s fish and wildlife agencies to advance sound, science-based management and conservation of fish and wildlife and their habitats in the public interest.
Environmental Council of the States (ECOS)
ECOS is the national non-profit, non-partisan association of state and territorial environmental agency leaders with a mission to improve the capability of state environmental agencies and their leaders to protect and improve human health and the environment of the United States of America.
National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers (NCSHPO)
NCSHPO is the professional association of the State government officials who carry out the national historic preservation program as delegates of the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended.
National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL)
NCSL is a bipartisan organization that serves the legislators and staffs of the nation’s 50 states, its commonwealths and territories. NCSL provides research, technical assistance and opportunities for policymakers to exchange ideas on the most pressing state issues. NCSL is an effective and respected advocate for the interests of state governments before Congress and federal agencies.
National Governors Association (NGA)
