Urgency and Payoff
Objective: Develop cost-effective approaches to preserve, rehabilitate, restore, and reconstruct cultural, historic, and scenic resources. In addition to considering cultural resources, transportation planners and officials need cost-effective approaches to preserve, rehabilitate, and restore these resources in project planning and development.
