Research Idea Scope

If a project has known lead-contaminated soils, what are the best management practices for construction and maintenance activities in those areas for purposes of both worker safety
and protection of nearby areas?  Does this require analysis at the environmental document stage and if so what are the best and most workable (with minimal direct emission data) ways to do it?

Objective is to make sure that construction activities in lead-contaminated (industrial or, more often, aerially-deposited from past gasoline use) areas do not cause public health issues or violate EPA’s latest standard (0.15 ug/m3 3 months rolling average).
