Investigate the potential benefits of converting traditional cross intersections to modern roundbouts.

Urgency and Payoff

This wholly overlooked infrastructure modification is a very low-tech, sustainable approach that has the potential to reduce mobile source emissions by as much as 25-30% at some intersections, yet is completely off the radar of the environmental community.
