AASHTO hosted a Virtual Peer Exchange (VPE) that featured three State DOTs discussing their experience with alternative project delivery and the NEPA process. The three states that presented are Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and Utah. Representatives from each state discussed their experience with alternative delivery methods that include P3, design-build, CM/GC, and progressive design-build. Additionally, each state presented on their experience with the NEPA process for alternative delivery projects. A Q&A session followed the conclusion of the last presentation.
